Take a Seat...

Nafis Light

Hey, ya got anything for me to eat?
Oh come on...I'll take a seat,
Something is missing, or not?
...nope, it's just me.

It's this wondering tune that keeps on spinning;
I tried to stop it but it won't listen to me;
I wonder why it can't be...
Now I know...it's you.

You are one of those who deny my appearance;
You are one of those who see me through a gloomy glass.
Such a pale mind in comparison to mine,
Because I've made mine with nothing else but a smile.

Come on...don't you wanna smile?
Sit with me here and let's chat for while
on how to make you smile too,
so we can turn from one smile...into two.

    An un-smiley face - if we feel gloomy! lol 🙁 Cooee, a smiley face to finish with 🙂

    Great first lines, brought me straight in!
    Sometimes a smile comes after some crying.
    Much peace and respect
    Always appreciated
