Dysthymia

You’re more then meets the eye

Sun up to sun down

Everything I do

Is to keep you around

Take care of you

As you did for me

To make me grow up

And do things independently

No matter how old or weak

You are starting to be

You don’t need to work no more

And live stress free

I’ll always be by your side

And I will never leave

But when your time comes

The time we all grieve

But I will be glad

You’ll have no more pain

And you’ll be a gift from above

As god will have an angel to gain

    Dysthymia,

A beautifully written poem that I can relate to! It reminded me of a great book entitled “Love You Forever” by Robert Munsch that I think you’d love to read! Thank you for sharing!

It’s an easy and short read...but POIGNANT!
