Where Cheating Lies

Fear of temptation
Lost in a world that can't be mine
To be sacrificed by the thoughts
When did this all start

Where does my cheating lie
The thoughts fill and are temping me
Fear of loneliness I keep thinking
Is it a dream that ill be one

The temptations roll in wanting more
Reacting to the thoughts hate builds
Greed builds turning to anger
But I'm all alone sitting on the floor

Fear of it again where cheating lies
Anxiety fights with my mind
Racing to my chest
Trying to make me fall

I am alone again trapped in a fantasy
Where fear is god and I'm its peasant
Believing in something not true
To find in the end it was just fantasy

The thoughts roll in causing a war
With reality and fantasy
Will it end will I win
I'm just another fallen soldier

Betraying my king to find beyond this war
What is true and where cheating lies
Will i ever break these chains
Or will i be a slave to fantasies
Another fallen who fell to the lies
