Fear is the new reality
But it steps too lightly
Coming out of nowhere
I wish we were a pair
Its knocking on my door
Turning to slams kneeling to the floor
I feel it reaching my core
I feel the sores
Reading my mind like a book
Wishing I can take a look
But I shield my eyes
Wishing it wasn't lies
Fear is the new reality
And I'm its sponsor
But it feels like cancer
Reaching through my cells
Maybe all I need is a taste
What really is reality
But it was truly a waste
To know it was all fantasy
