Guilt and fears can hang around your neck
Couldn't even hit them with a rhythm stick
There is just one thing we can always do
Face & let go, putting them back in tune!

Re-align disharmony with the rhythm of a fulfilling life. I used to dance to that rhythm Dan but i fell over LOL
