I Will Find You

daydreaming

You're the fall gentle breeze
Carrying leaves from the trees
Decorating the path
That I walk on.

You’re naïve like the Moon
When it truly believes
She's as bright as the Sun
Before sunrise.

You persist like a bee
That can’t overcome
The strength of the wind
After sunset.

You’re as bright as the light
That can cut through the dark
When I’m looking to hide
In the forest.

As I lay down at night
I promise myself
I won’t rest ‘til the day
That I find you.

There’re so many things
That I need you to know
And I’m meaning to say
When I trust you.

You’ll inherit the love
That I feel deep inside
Since the day I was born
I will show you...

I will thank every star
For the joy that I'll feel
When you're finally part
Of my journey.
