Easy 19

AJ

Easy 19

  I said I’m not sure

  But we were both laughing

  You said let’s go somewhere

  I said why not

  Why not

I saw the way you looked at her

  I didn’t want those eyes

  Preying

  Just that attention

But we got talking

I don’t think you really cared

  About what I was saying

You put your hand on my leg

Bought me a drink

Lifted me up and spun me around

  When I won beer pong

You stopped when you were done

Let me find my own way home

  I crashed on a bench

Laying in my own vomit

  Easy target

You took me outside

  Made your first move

Realised you might have a shot

  Too many shots

We got food with your friends

None of you spoke inchoerance

I kept my distance

You wouldn’t let me

We left alone

You never asked

  But I never said no

I’ve got to get back to my friends

  You said it’ll be quick

You were 3 different people

But no one would know

Because I’m just an easy 19

Wow.... Such a vulnerable and powerful writing.
    Thank you

  • dusk arising

You told it like it ever was. Desire is so dangerous in the hands of the young. Most of us survive it.
Excellent style you have commanded here. Very readable and great allowance for your readers picture making.

I want this in my favourites and i want to read much more in this style.
