75 cents

JB

I bet you 75 cents

that if I jump off the house

an umbrella trailing behind me

I will fly to the end of the yard.

A dollar fifty if I can make it across

the noisy street

full of angry traffic.

Remember, I get three tries.

If I lose, you have to try too.

For 75 whole cents!

Ready!

Set!

Jump!

ha ha - made me laugh so........ don't jump...... I know someone who when young thought he would fly off a scoreboard to impress his mother......... it didn't work out so well. She broke her leg jumping out of a moving car to save him .... and he broke too. She learned, he didn't and went on to parachute jump over 2000 times.
