Through Ugly Rows And Telegraph.

kevin browne

Through ugly rows and telegraph
where women learn how to laugh.
It's wild inside, my hearts outside
Clickety-clack to just run and hide.

From trying hard to pack your bags
away from holiday, I'll be right back.
To take things in a stride, we'll know
when braced teeth look good to go.

Fairground rides reach for the top
for candy floss and a betting shop.
Tin can alley all the way to the dark
motorways, caravans easily parked.

And, when time suddenly stood still
the love for life finally found it's will.
Where it hurts just a little bit more
inside isn't enough to burn the core.

Kiss me, darling, a mouth so sweet
primed for someone who she'll keep.
Down past the lake, a travelling man
lights up a fire for as fast as he can.

Walking through the wilderness highs
landing on my feet again as she flies.
Back to ponder on what if I should stay
to love enough and to live life always.

Through fallen, broken-hearted men
I should visit the Buddha and see Zen.
With his thoughts flooding out
Life is to wonder what it's about.

I'm thinking theres a woman in here who was false. Attractive but out to attract who?
And life and learning, to learn from your own wisdom or borrow others.

Today your write is like giving me a pile of jigsaw pieces and no picture .. i begin to make an image.

well crafted four line stanzas throughout.. an intriguing read.. thank you.... Neville
