let him fall from heaven

seeker123

Let him fall from heaven like an angle

Let him land

Upon my oasis

Where the palms trees are all facing

The sun

Which is setting on a world that is dying

Turning red in the embers of a fire

Soon all that is left are all the broken

Pieces

Of my heart

And everything will turn dark.

Let him find all the missing pieces of my love

The ones he scattered

In the night

I feel so lonely

I am lost I am hungry

For his love

To see his shining face

All lit up by my smile

Let me gaze into his eyes

The swirling vortex of his soul

Always searching for the one he left behind.

Thank you for responding to a message that could scare most people away; you said it just right in a very beauiful way...

Love the imagery you use in this verse of yearning. The final line too is very telling.
