struggles

Mary73223

you walk through a moonlit park

Shadows dances and writhe at your feet

And an owl who’s softly from a nearby tree

Soon the park turns into a maze

It feels as you will never escape

you make your way to the center

There he sees him

a figure of stone

a symbol of power

he says he’s been waiting on you for an eternity

how you question

my child he replies

I’ve known you since before the womb

You have been planned for millennia’s

As all my children are

Each one special and unique in your own way

I know its been hard for you

I’ve seen you struggle and crack,

And though at times you may have felt broken

Like you could not be fix

You survived

And now my precious child

Your home, you will struggle never again
