Anxiety

Meg

That thing always there in the background, no matter how nonsensical it may seem. Even when you feel happy, it is always there waiting for its time in the spotlight 'this goblin' that wants all the focus on it all of the time, like a bad smell that won't go away. I'll say one thing about it, it doesn't go away, that voice in your head, saying what if this or that happened. It probably sounds ridiculous yet that is anxiety for you. That shadow that just won't go away no matter how much you try and ignore it.

Well written and never ridiculous, just need to aline them back into one. This definitely always easier said than done but keep expressing, maybe offer it a bath 😉

I once wrote about inviting my main demon for tea!
Much peace and respect on your journey

I love this, hopefully writing about your anxiety makes it easier to overcome at times
