Laughter means good health

As effective as eating good food

And when we laugh a spell

Everything improves

 

I’ve known many jokers

Who could make me smile

And their jokes while playing poker

Helped me relax a while

 

Some jokers are actual comics

And they demand a stage

With their jokes like a tonic

And fans giving praise

 

Even a little giggle

Can be the thing that heals

And a guffaw most of all

Improves the way we feel

 

To laugh at oneself

Is good medicine too

And can improve our health

When we’re feeling blue

    A fine fun write w c. Pity I spoil all laughter - by singing! But occasionally people say I sing well. In a group, they should be singing themselves, not listening in to me! lol.

      Thanks, orchidee. I like to belt it out too, sometimes. Some friends say i sing well, while others criticize or make no comment at all. Whatever they say, there is usually at least a little laughter involved. lol
