It’s been raining for four days! The garden is flooded! The tomato plants along with the basil and other herbs and vegetables are not doing well. Too much water! Such a pity! Purtroppo questa è la vita!!

Thanks ANDREW for our enouraging reply ! The GOOD BOOK says *Summer & Winter & Springtime & Harvest will never cease ! We are fortunate in the UK to have four distinct Seasons (soemtimes all in ONE DAY. It enable us to confidently plan a head for our Horticulture & Agriculture ! Soon due to Global warming we will have MORE VINEYARDS and beable to grow our own CITRUS FRUIT ~ who need EUROPE ? ! There is a debate about CLASSICAL POETIC FORMS ~ and these are TRUE (ENGLISH) HAIKU ~ 17 syllables ~ 3 lines ~ 5 7 5 ~ and all about the Seasons & Nature. As Kriss Kristopherson said *If it looks and sounds like Country (HAIKU) then it is Country (HAIKU) !*

I wanted to accompany the MUSIC with some Classical Haiku and what better Subject than CUATRO STAGIONI. WE feel we must ALL strive for excellence in Form & Function on MPS. It only takes a little effort & imagination to transpose PROSE into POETRY ~ OK. MPS is a site for us all to develope MY POETIC SIDE ! Thanks again for your encouragemen !
