Wondering

MrNobody40

I laid here hollowed

Time passing me by

Seamless, naked

Her face in a dream

Just a memory

And through my mind

Again and again

Her thoughts, Do I cross

As she does mine

As such even though

Should I hold a real place

In her memories

And yet she's there

In my daydreams, we love

Like nothing else, we love

When my heart stopped

And gave way

Still just a dream when I wake

Empty again

wondering
