Things my illness has taught me

feather

1) To think outside the box

2) To listen to my body

3) To keep asking the same questions over and over until someone understands them

4) To never quit asking for help until someone will listen and offer the right advice

5) How delicate our bodies are

6) How strong our bodies are

7) That everything is connected

8) Patience isn't always the answer

9) To always get second third or ten opinions

10) Never settle for the unsettling

11) Speak up when skeptical

12) There is always a answer in the truth

13)To appreciate every minute of everyday, cause every minute really does count
