Young, sorry and silently broken.

Gemma

I'm sorry you lost your way.

But you fucked it all up.

And I promise you'll be alright.

I'm sorry if I made you cry

Though I've had more tearful nights

than you can count.

You cried "Don't leave me"

and as I turned away

"Look at me"

Yet I can't seem to meet your gaze.

There's too much to blame.

I'm so sorry

you never made time for me.

So now you can bleed.

I'm so sorry

for pushing you afar

because you thought I'd still stay.

Ma told me to leave

my heart told me to stay

you told me to stay

they all told me to stay.

So I walked away.

I'm sorry my love.
