Requiem

sylviasearcher

Empty like the dead of night
Broken like an unfair fight
Silence stills and will not seek
Sounds to make the void oblique

Far past falling begins to sink
Where black is blue and eyes won’t blink
Steady like dead weight of rotten corpse
No air to breathe sick stench: rancid remorse

Nothing like the start of being
Nowhere like the end of seeing
Never knocks and stabs and floods
Spilling splattering splurging bloods

Deep beyond murderous intentions
Amidst the stale of stagnant ascension
Empty. Void. Big black hole
God of Everything. Forsake this soul!

Beautiful work in it's dark sadness. Once again, you thrive in these dark nooks and crannies and you force me to bring out my interrogation light to flush you out of such a mindset. Such a talent you are.
