for a micro moment, I thought about trying to formulate a counter proposal, but ended up only a fraction away from arguing with myself....... N
There is tremendous depth behind these words, for existence itself takes its clue from this.
Thnx, as always for your comments.
Well, here's my counter proposal if you like: ….'only light is eternal'. Otherwise darkness wins.
That is what you have chosen to believe, but even in many bibles it is stated that there was absolute darkness and then God introduced light.
You have also equated light and darkness to represent good and evil respectively, but that is only because we, humans, are creatures visually adapted to light, but there are many who function equally well in darkness.
And so on and on...
Thanks SURESH ! Au contraire ~ The GOOD BOOK says *The LIGHT shines in the DARKNESS and the DARKNESS could never put it OUT !*
It also says MEN loved Darkness rather than Light because their deeds were evil
JESUS said *I am the LIGHT of the WORLD* He is also LIFE & LOVE !
Thanks for sharing
Blessings & Peace

In the Old Testament, God says "let there be light". Evolutionists talk about the Big Bang. In both cases darkness already existed and light had to be introduced.
Now if you are equating light and darkness to good and evil, that is purely theological and has no relationship to actuality.
In Hinduism Vishnu's desire to know, caused the existence to come into play, and illumination (light), but actually of mind, is introduced.
Once again, darkness, meaning absolute void, space, has to be present first and forever, before light, substance can be introduced.
