Living with liquid

Aaron Harvey

Tonight feels like forever and it’s never missed.

In my thoughts it’s hidden and suffocated like the early morning mist,

I Wake up and head towards to the bedroom door and the secrets That i leave between the duvet sheets from the night before.

Looking around and realising I Blacked  out after hearing your drunken words but sober thoughts because there is broken glass all on the floor.

I look into the mirror and try to fix my self,

realising Life gets hard when you love nothing else.

but the view of the World through an empty bottle,

You took away my dreams and left this Man with sorrow.

Now I’m broken feel like I’m walking deeper in to the sea Life is a lie nothing as it seems,

true to this story you changed the locks and threw away the keys.
