Holding On By A Thread

Tia Davis/テイア

Never look down on what's going on

Never to over think what is coming your way

better to live peacefully then to be holding on to a thread

Wondering if your hand is going to slip and if that's why you'll fade away

Faster then the rhythm of your heart

Your mind keeps pumping sometimes not the same

All the thoughts should be as alive as the beating of your heart

Your heart keeps going even when your brain is dying slowly

Little by little the parts will stop

But don't have the thought of that make you drop

When it happens is happens let it happen

But until then

You must live the life

Which you only can live once never twice

I have mutli-personalities which means I translate or communicate on different types of lives I'm endured to live through. I attempt just one, but that to me is just a misery in it's own right. I get the beating of my heart in many different types of emotional ways which, therfore leaves me unattended to live a normal heart-beating rythem to my life. Yours appears to be in contrast with mine. Very thought provoking though, indeed I say...

I'm glad you had some type of connection with my poem. It is very interesting knowing different perspectives of my poem and how people can take it in a different way. Thank you~
