Silly Sound Poem

Luke Cresswell

The spider creeps up the table leg

Creep creep creep

To say hello and let you know

Creep creep creep

That he plans to stay for a while

Creep creep creep

So don’t despair to see him there

creep creep creep

The slithering snake escapes the box

Slither slither slither

It went down and there it found

Slither slither slither

A mouse to eat some juicy meat

Slither slither slither

When it naps, then it attacks

Slither slither slither

The bird flaps it’s wings

Flap flap flap

It flew high to see the sky

Flap flap flap

The wind blew, the bird withdrew

Flap flap flap

Back to the nest to get some rest

Flap flap flap

The angry dog growls and barks

Woof woof woof

It chased a cat that’s a fact

Woof woof woof

Up the hill and round the bend

Woof woof woof

Back down again the nasty fiend

Woof woof woof
