Radio silence

suicidekitten

Radio silence

Our station once filled with beauty and light

Became lost in the static

In such tragic night

In static it came and went

The beauty came back just to leave again

nothing left but for you to repent

Forcing myself to believe the static was cause by trees

But the static grew quieter

There’s no more us just me

Your sound once was my solace

Now it’s a empty void

The fear in my palace

Now impossible to avoid

Not fear of being alone

But of being betrayed

You were my home

Until you strayed

But the lies concealed

Was the sword you thrust

Once light was revealed

I bled from your lust

Now trust evaporated

Mourning for the past

My innocents decapitated
