Just A Man

Bragee

Can I be honest I'm in some it's complicated, situationship, type sh*t.

The kind that us men get into and women just don't get.

Spitting fire at a water hose expecting it not to leak.

Then when it drip drip drips we dip dip dip thus living up to the stereotype of weak.

The kind of “let’s live in the moment” type of sh*t. The “titles make sh*t different ” , time is priceless so let spend it type of sh*t.

I come and go as I please, you come through when I need you.

I’m not sure if I’m avoiding commitment or if I’m scared of a life sentence

but I like things the way they are even if we are a statistic.

Statistically speaking we don't  have a good chance of making it.

But faking it is better than you  being in my place grabbing, throwing, and breaking Sh*t.

I know you believe but Promise and expectations hook up and give birth to disappointment more often than not.

So let's just stop with the future plans.

Just dance the night away, Effortlessly sliding and singing along, Let me hear your high note.

Let’s get lost in this space and time,

enjoying each other’s company without making future plans isn’t a crime.

Before we get in to deep let’s rewind.

Let’s go back to the beginning when we weren’t a thing,

when we were just messing and around and just doing some things.

Being in the moment and living in the now is truly a priceless experience.. Where we enjoy the weight of the past and anx over the future which hasn't happened yet.. That which robs us off our now! Yeah I get that..
"But faking it is better than you being in my place grabbing, throwing, and breaking Sh*t" - if that's not expression then art isn't art..
    I enjoyed your master piece
