Trees Sit Brown.

kevin browne

Trees sit brown upon branches green
As twinkling rivers arc towards its sea
And as the Sun flutters of flickers seen
Brambles rustle as they grow up trees.

Moonlit hardships upon a cresting wave
Hearty sailors full dishes of fish he gave
And the port side of the ship dug a grave
Overboard the Captain we couldn't save.

Down underneath where moles will roam
Rabbits run rabbits around underground
And as snakes slither underneath stones
Bonfires above ablaze with flaming foam.

Mountainous marvels shadowed below
As Icicles melt silently dripping on snow
And the mirage of surface glistening low
As a mist in the rainbows spectrum glow.

Sunshine in winter as branches on leaves
Cold drying up, Lord can you help, please
And now as we watch the Antarctic seas
Cold underneath as hearts that will freeze.

In wind that blows alongside a blue lagoon
Orbiting horizons sightings behind the Moon
Where gravity exerts displays its own room
And heat in the moment will come too soon.

Whilst castles and dungeons darkened pitch
Glints of the drawbridge create the deep ditch
With a salute from the Armoured deadly witch
Catapult stones roar and killed a deadly bitch.

And as cave men cave their way throughout
The muscular man who hunted without doubt
And buffalo bounce into war and feeling proud
Towards our planet, we feed and not go without.

Butterflies butter their silky hearty airy wings
And the love of a ladybird to find what it brings
Are the Chaffinch on branches, Robin thinks
When bumbles die as it leaves the last sting.

A young lady sang upon the cliffs of Dover
In love with a man before she threw over
lips on his face looked like a four-leaf clover
Turn upside down then lands on him harder.

Shallow fish-filled ponds with a Koe Carp kiss
Frogs hop over to browse down on all the fish
Wishing one day China will eat the whole dish
Buddha crying over split love of a thinkers wish.

So, as this life starts to grow all over again
Sword to the throat if it's he who's to blame
Forests will flourish and we can do the same
Learn to love, to live and to dance in the rain.

am impressed with the way you use words here in a kind of rap rhyme way..

I just noticed my foot started tapping of its own accord somewhere along the journey...

and so filled with images throughout..

Hope you're still tapping your feet, buddy...Thanks for a lovely comment...

As always, the picture you paint with words is emotive.

        Thank you, kindly, my friend...
