I wanted to be right about everything,

I looked in your eyes and heard angels sing.

It was always more than just a fling,

That's why I love the joy you bring.

But as times changed, we became broken wings.

We lost the bounce in our springs,

And that pain began to hurt and sting

Our love was weak and needed a sling

But I'd never give up;

And believe I'll continue to swing,

Because I’ll always know I’m your king.

To make you happy, I'll do anything.

To me, my queen is everything
