ANGELA & BRIAN

CURE FOR OUR MELANCHOLY ๐Ÿ’œ BRIAN ๐Ÿ’œ

MANY MEMBERS WRITE ABOUT  MELANCHOLY ~ HERE*S A CURE !

THIS RECORDING OF *BRIDGE* BY S & G IS NYC 2009 - VERY MOVING !

IF you*re a Man - then love the BEST you can !

Take a Shower with the temperature Lower

Speak to a Mate - who thinks you*re G R E A T !

If you like a JOKE - avoid - pessimistic folk

Stop yearning - and keep ambitions burning

If you*re POOR - think of those with LESS not MORE !

Dont ignore the POSITIVE EFFECT of SELF RESPECT

Dont OVERBLOW - set your ambitions LOW

Dont be scared to have your WORRIES shared ! YELP and we*ll HELP !

To overcome your SORROW - plan no further than TOMORROW !

Thanks for reading - comments please - Love  BRIAN   ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

This POEM is adapted from a much longer non-rhyming list !

I think poems with INTERNAL RHYME are fun to recite !

Well, I don't know about the (old-fashioned?) thing of four 'humours' - melancholy, choleric, phlegmatic, and sanguine. Some psychologists and/or psychiatrists use that format to assess temperament types. We may be different percentages of two or more of those types. Here ends my 'sermon'. Woof! Fido says I've used up all my 'thinking' for today, and it will give me a headache, so I best lie down a while! heehee.

I have a feeling that I can relate this to myself...but hasn't really come into detail yet. Just that feeling.
