Deck of cards

cwade1289

You might be dealt a jack, queen or king.

And as the ace separates

the two's and the three's,

I find out eventually

all of the cards end up back in the same box.

I don't want to play this game anymore

ANGELA HERE ~ Thanks for sharing *CW* Just 52 cards in Four Suits HEARTS CLUBS DIAMONDS & SPADE Ace to King in each suit and of course the JOKER ! There is a simplicity as you say ~ 1. Open the box 2. Get the CARDS out 3. Shuffle them 4. Deal 5. Play the GAME 6. Collect them & make sure NONE is missing 7. Put them back in the box & the drawer until NEXT TIME ~ AMEN !
BUT ~ Playing cards are much much more than that ! A rich History ~ Millions of packs round the World ~ Played in every Country & millions of pounds wagered every day on the TURN OF A CARD ! The stock in trade of every Conjurer & Magician ~ The inspiration of Thousands of Songs & Films & Stage Plays ~ The Fortune Tellers Mystique ~ and the Soldiers BIBLE ! Never underestimate the *POWER of PLAYING CARDS* and their place in the Social History of the WORLD ~ AMEN
CONTRACT BRIDGE is having a great REVIVAL and there are THOUSANDS of BRIDGE players in the UK ~ OK !

    Blessings & Peace & Joy
    Yours ANGELA & BRIAN
