Raining

Tia Davis/テイア

As it rains

The water that falls from the sky

Seems so clean and so light

Yet not quite

As the wind blows

The rain is a slap in my face

When once a beautiful thing

It all had changed

When I felt why ...

Why the sky that was once so bright

Would ever shead tears

What I once thought was water

Is just a relief of pain

As if the sky is human

I want to hug it and love it

Show how much I appreciate it

To never shead a tear

Because I know how it feels

I want to see it smile

Like it did the day the before

When it's eyes were so bright

And a smile that resembles the light

The sunshine in my day I really what to stay

The sky that rains

Will once shine again

But it's ok to rain

Raining keeps you sane

But tomorrow will be a good day
