The drowning siren

AudreyB

I Can Fly Above the Clouds.

I am soaring through the thin atmosphere,

Still, I'm breathing; but yet i fall.

My knees crash upon the shore, as waves of Sorrow drown me.

I float through the sea lost" In The Deep...

In this dark I find the most beautiful things.

Under Stone's I find pockets of air,

sharks swimming without a care,

angelfish mating in monogamous pairs;

and yet I see you...

I see you just above the waterline

your reflection in the ripples,

your smile so bright.

You must be the sun rays that dance upon the corals.

I sing to you.

Calling you into my deep

For you are the one I longed to meet.

Come to me as I sing my Sirens call

Fall Into Me as my Melody guides you along

For i shall taint you with my Sirens kiss

lure you down into my Abyss

love me... love me...

That is my only Bliss
