Stupidity 

Negativity 

Is literally breathtaking 

It is a consumer 

You are the pray 

It eats your train of thought and throws it back up in a unrecognizable way 

It comes back but it didn't stay the same 

Now its up to you to heal this negative culture you have consumed 

Make sure to take in good things

Yes things that are good for you 

All the junk all the bad thing that get through

Run it off do what is good for you 

Grab your train a thought and consume it slowly

As if its a glass of cold water 

You one day can stop being the pray and just be recourse for your inner predator 

Your mind 

Yes the thing that tends to hunt you inside

Feed it all the good take the pain and turn it into muscle

Be better for yourself and never stop the hustle 

Because when you stop things start to seep inside 

Never the things you see but the things that you wish to hid  

It goes deep straight into your veins like a needle doing the job but causing pain

You may never be the same 

But you can become better 

Then the things you once claimed
