It\\\'s a State of Mind

Nemo

Blood tainted pavement, pain & greed
Scream of vengeance & innocent kill streak
Lost hope & crying plea
This it the valley of the dead where no one breathes

Enslaved to the system that breeds greed
Foolishly fearing, what is yet to be seen
The belief of freedom is merely a vague concept, for those who are existent in their own world, which is shaped by their own beliefs.

This change is impossible in the fog of ignorance for all we have learned is regulation & obedience
Believe me when I say "None is hopelessly Enslaved then those who believe they are free"

Manipulating of feeble minds, obsession with the system, obsession with perfection, is a limitation to our capabilities, leading us to the fear of the unknown, at times like this is when, one should step back, & experience life from a different plane, & accept what's within...

  • Comment from author about the poem: My take on the world, and the loss of empathy from it, we are so consumed by our hatred towards each other that along the way we all got lost, our war driven minds are so focused on destruction that we forgot what's important to us. Every body talk about how another war is emerging, but nobody batted an eye on 176 life's lost in a plane crash today. So this writting is about how our current system effects everyone mentally, and how the once in power are manipulating people.
