Forever will there be a place in my soul for you here,

With sweet memories of when we held each so dear,

That we are now so near and yet so far apart,

Will I now and ever wish we could be as one beating heart.

        Your words resonate.... I could write exactly the same words. But I always try to add a few words a hope, as though writing it will eventually become it. That's my tack at the moment.
