Wars, bombs and guns

MojoFreewrite

The lives we give
The lives we take
Old and young
Death was never picky
Little ones waiting
We fight this war to end all wars
When we’re finally home
We’ll watch over you
As bullets fly
As bombs deafen my ears
Know that you’re the last person I think of
When death finally comes knocking with its guns and bombs
I will forever think of you as my last breath gives hope
I fight this endless and bloody war
Hoping it’ll end once and for all
Before it’s your turn
