Lost

markziff

We walked upon a wooded path,
Hand in hand so very happy,
We walked upon a wooded path,
Together, we felt as one.

We walked upon a wooded path,
Looking upon our and natures beauty,
We walked upon a wooded path,
Lost in our thoughts of being as one,

We walked upon a wooded path,
Contented thoughts to an end,
We walked upon a wooded path,
Our future mapped hand in hand.

I walked upon a wooded path,
Realized to late your hand had gone,
I walked upon a wooded path,
When I turned, my way back gone.

I walk upon a wooded path,
Lost in natures forbidding maze,
I walk upon a wooded path,
Trapped never to find my way.
