Looking at the sky
Looking at the sun
Looking at the freshly green grass
And a glass garden left behind unbroken
Reminds me of my chance of life
And to live it right
Looking into the eyes
Of shells with beautiful souls inside
I wake up with both eyes open
And a fresh bag a air
Looking at the ceiling thinking about what I use to do
Now I do differ
I appreciate the air and sun
I appreciate the trees and the land
From the dirt to the sand
No matter how bumpy they feel
Yet they still lie close
They all have meaning
Some have a soul
Some help you roll through life so gracefully
All the things so natural placed on the earth
we are connected in ways you may not have heard
From the air we breathe
From the hearts of a blue whale
From the strength of an elephant
With the soul of an Eagle that once gave you your truth
All connected
From the fires that are lit
To the dancing to the rhythms of the drum
Form the feet that are planted to the ground
From the voices the wind blows into your ears
To the people that we will become
Leaving all our flowers behind the things that kept us alive
Even if we shall die
The memories of our soul that is wild will remain in the ground
For someone else's feet that are planted to the surface
Your Energy
Your flowers they will consume
We never leave the earth
You become a part of it to
The voices you once heard in the wind will now become you
