Silent Side - Baked For Myself

Nafis Light

An Apple Pie
I baked for myself;
I don’t know why
but I know that it is just me...
...here,
in front of this screen
with my hands
on this keyboard
like a pen
like a pencil
on a paper.
Where I become someone else
on the world of the Internet;
on My Poetic Side;
in another place;
all big and wide,
or so small that I couldn’t hide.

A slice of that Apple Pie,
It tastes of Loneliness
that feels like ‘LIFE’;
Maybe peace...or a hidden wish for True Happiness.

Either way...it is a delicious Apple Pie,
but I wouldn’t share it with you
because I don’t want you to taste LONELINESS
which would lead you to become blue...and possibly SADNESS.
