Unhuman

trin

Water washes away the day and my mind forgets the thoughts that once had driven me mad,

I begin a new day, rinsed and cleansed into someone new as yesterday's persona swims down the drain to its shad.

Euphoria lingers through my once-troubled mind,

I'm living now rather than in my mind hidden deep behind the rustic bind.

That is until I bathe again

And the carefree me washes away down the drain.

Breaking this cycle is impossible, it is more than complicated

that is until I find water that is beautifully infiltrated

I am a new woman

I am not impossible to fix I am unhuman.
