Claudelle DeLuna

**Farewell Jack Frost**

Drown between a bosom

flowers awaiting Spring

gardens of love blossom

sprouting camaraderie

cold winters left crying

 recycling commodities

back to simple compost

Farewell Jack Frost

HOLA CLAUDELLE - Gracias por esta Poema d*Inveirno ! I love JACK FROST because in essence He is a cleanser. Ive written today about Brian & I getting our own *CASA GRANDE con un JARDIN* In April (after the thaw) when I help Papa y Mama in their Garden - JF has killed off all the weeds and dead flowers. All we have to do is rake them out for the compost heap and hoe that ground for the *Flowers that bloom in May* AMEN ~ Thanks for sharing ! A me gusta la musica - sympatico !

        Benediciones Y Paz Y Alegria
        Con amor Angela y Brian

Claudelle, your poem made me realize again that I do miss the seasons sometimes. Living in nice warm weather all year round is great, especially when one gets older, but it would be nice to touch some snow again. Well written poem, like it!

I love the comparisons made here - - the seasons of resting and springing to life happens with humans as well as flowers. Such a perceptive write Claudelle.

Why is it always Jack Frost? Why not Ben or Joe or Alan Frost, for example?! And why am I talking rubbish? lol.

                  • Claudelle DeLuna

Well let us not forget Robert Frost!πŸ˜‰
