2020 IS AN IMPORTANT OLYMPIC YEAR BECAUSE IT IS IN JAPAN ! A VERY COMPETITIVE & SPORTING NATION. THE UK TEAM IS FIT AND READY TO COMPETE ! WE ARE ALL PRAYING IT WONT BE AFFECTED BY THE GLOBAL CORONAVIRUS !
THE OLYMPIC GAMES encourage us all ~ to be fit
To be slim get down to the GYM ~ and our FAT ? We*ll get rid of that !
SWIMMING is so good for you ~ In the UK we*ve got no excuse
Our Country*s surrounded by water ~ its clean free & ready for use
RUNNING is so so cathartic ~ for the body the mind & the soul
You can run on the Road ~ all covered in Woad
Or Line Dance or do Rock & Roll ~ & some Ladies dance with a Pole !
T he Brits invented the BIKE you get there much quicker than HIKE
And we get lots of GOLD medals just sitting down ~ pushing PEDALS
At FOOTBALL we all excel ~ so we should get A GOLD in that as well
We are all good @ PILATES & YOGA & JUDO as well
And all RAQUET sports in Gyms & on Courts ~ is something at which we excel
Rugby looks ruff ~ but the Players are tuff ~ and Gentlemen to boot
If they lose a tooth or their ear comes loose ~ they play on & dont give a hoot !
As long as we win ~ we will go through thick & thin !
We*re a Maritime Race ~ We the elements face & SAIL in a force 10 gale
And Canoeing or Rowing our prowess were showing & medals around us will hail
And SURFING the last Sport we do that as well .......................
Cornwall may not be HAWAII but the Surfing is wicked & swell ~ AMEN !

I (BRIAN) have visited Loughborough and have seen just how hard the UK Olympic Athletes trained just to get in the UK Team ! Taking part was the important thing & representing their Country @ the Olympic Games. A medal of any colour was a very very special bonus. The UK has done very well in ROWING in the last 20 years. The video shows just how hard *The Rowing Team GB* has to work & practice to bring home the GOLD once again in TOKIO ! Please support TEAM GB in everything in TOKIO 2020 !
