Fifteen Days Of Resting

ForeverJesus7

I see this as,

an opportunity,

for fifteen days of resting.

So that when everyone,

who wants something from me,

or asks something,

needlessly from me,

I can say, 'no,

I am resting'.

  • Comment from author about the poem: My only issue would be on how I monopolize my time. Still, I am sure that I will find a way. It is extremely important that we find time to renew our minds so that we do not end up conforming to this world. Persistence is key

    Why 15 in particular?

I will go out on a limb and assume that you heard that most of the world (exaggeration) is shutting down till about the beginning of April (maybe a little over fifteen days) due to this virus. We should take this time and see it as a chance to rest our minds, bodies, and souls.
      Persistence is key

Oh I see what you mean. Still lots going on though. I though you meant you were having 15 days holiday.
