Just Because

sof_67

Because I want to and because I can.

Because it’s in my bones and it flows from my hands.

Because for so long my throat felt closed up,

Like I’d swallowed sand from a deceivingly empty cup.

Because I finally feel free,

And I realize the beauty and the gift of being unequivocally me.

Because now I understand the inclinations and the pulls

Are my Intuition illuminating my highest path from the depths of my soul.
