Brother,...

Gino

Ah, as the years ache so bye
In an unthinkable silence emanating from yesterday's feud,
With only a knowledge of prayers laid into your being,

...For I, my brother long for a lasting fulfillment
Over a scar that runs deep inside the mire of an hour,
Beckoning an infinite answer to all longings...

Your eyes beautiful and robust, full of youth and yearning
Upon a banquet of time, conceiving the eternal span
that collects and refreshes the mourning pangs of the past...

I forgive you my brother,
For what the past held I loosen your bonds to the bind that besets us further from the truth
