You sleep for tonight, awaiting ceremony
Awake from your descent, the light has shun your shame
Your nakedness is laid bare for all to see
You resisted all rescue and counsel
Now you are abandoned, you stubborn fool
No allegiance shall alleviate your den of misery
Till your penance is paid in full
Stop running through the tires of this course
Steady your arc, bring about a persuasive calm
Through the tethers of this world
Bring about my steadfast under a branch on Palm Sunday
To shed enlightenment upon the dread of this curse
