You Got What I Need

My_Brain

She was the color peach

stuck to plain college ruled paper

he looked at her as if she flew

right off the page

he thought she should have been able to see,

she had every color stuck behind her sleeve.

Maybe they could share those colors

because he wore only gray

and was in need of some relief.
