A falsified dream

Markthetabor

I saw an airplane,

but it didn’t touch the sky.

Nor was it on the ground.

Perhaps a lie?

It evoked vivid emotion.

And rid the citizen of an ill hearted try.

It crosses my mind,

And explains the notion of peace.

But there is rustling within the mind

A demand for better.

As society calls.

A grind.

These will not merge.

True peace,

Or following the American dream by the letter.
