Winded

ChippedNailPolish

In a breath the world tilted,
The colours lost their hue,
A change occurred on inhale,
Of how I viewed you.

It was a swift succession,
Of a man to a gaudy throne,
Unworthy on every exhale,
That I dared to blow.

For no other saw my side,
That I sought to spread,
Of how I lost my breath,
When another laid in our bed.

At the beginning, it made me reminisce of something that happened to me recently, and then, that end. 🙁
