The Uneducated O.A.P

Its Spring, Time for Love

I'm flying like a bee

Above a flower sea

I need some nectar on my glands

But the hives are closed

Where the a queen bee grows

Breathlessly, I'm waiting to land

I like to survey the plot

Find a vacant lot

Seek out some mutual satisfaction

Need the thrill of the chase

Hands on my mace

Be consumed by female interaction

Fed up with the twist

The flick of the wrist

I want to dance the Lindy Hop

Want to see her flirt

Really work her skirt

To see who comes out on top

    • The Uneducated O.A.P

I just write the words down, dunno what they mean, but then there's poems on here I don't understand, You stopped by and had a read and left a comment, so thanks for that, hope you can enjoy the sun, Bill

Oh the thrill of that chase
when we end up in the desired place
      tell her its love
      and give one more shove
then depart with all due haste!

      • The Uneducated O.A.P

Morning dusk, you bin quiet lately, nice to see you are back. Obviously being a gentleman I'v never departed in haste, always waited for them to get dressed first! Keep cool, Bill

Along with Magnuss Magnusson's famous line "I've started so I'll finish" goes the line "I've come so I'll go".

That's me, as I walk into the bedroom

To old to do the Lindy Hop now, but we can dream, we need something to keep us going in this mad bad world, Bill

Can only imagine what the Lindy Hop is, probably a UK thing. LOL. Hope you got the nectar you were looking for.

            • The Uneducated O.A.P

Its a dance, and I'm still looking for the nectar!

              • Accidental Poet

I thought it sounded like a dance. Good luck on the nectar. Hope you find it before Orchi finds it. He'll be swooning all over the place. AP
