Learn from the Worst

I let you down and for that I'm sorry

I didn't think things would end up this way

We tried to cheat the system

Shot at our targets but missed them

And learned a very valuable lesson today

 

I learned from the worst and I am still learning

It's a tough break but I'll get there someday

I thought no one was looking

But now they've got their hooks in

I didn't think things would end up this way

 

But I know we'll make it better

And we'll do it together

And leave behind the mistakes we made
