I whispered to my tired heart
As the sun rose overhead
"You have carried this hurt
far enough
set it down

And I felt a sigh of relief
From deep inside my chest
And I whispered into the wind
Urging it to carry the words to you
"I forgive you"

I enjoyed reading this piece. It is very true. Forgiveness is very powerful.
We must forgive.
Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins, and He will.
